Since 1981 Rational Systems specializes in rigid polyurethane products of high quality and moderate cost using the R.I.M technology.

The company offers complete and quick solutions, from concept to final product, using low cost molds, for both large and small production runs.

Over the years, Rational Systems diverse to several new technologies in its field of expertise.

Rational Systems has two production sites. The main plant and management locates in the north industrial zone of Natanya, Israel, in a 3,000 s.q.m facilities.

Technologies and materials:

1. R.I.M Polyurethane.

Polyurethane parts of various sizes (with no size limitations), 2mm thick or more, weighting up to 25 kgs in single injection.

Made of foamed or un foamed materials, which include threads, painting and a high level of finishing.

Molds in use:

*Aluminum Molds for an unlimited number of injections.
*Metal surface epoxy Molds for a limited number of injections .

All of the molds are equipped with heating and cooling systems to achieve the optimal working temperature.

2. Injection molding:

Rational provides total solution from R&D, mold building, injection, finishing, assembly and JET delivery of plastic parts.

3. Composites
Manufacturing of Polyester or Epoxy parts reinforced with glass fiber, Kevlar or Carbon fibers.

4. Painting:
Painting of plastic parts by wet spraying and air-drying.

5. Shielding:
Coating in different methods to solve problems of RFI, EMI etc.
